Jane Smith

Jane is the UK’s first-ever elected animal rights councilor and deputy leader of the Animal Welfare Party. She also runs the Wounded Badger Patrol in North Staffordshire, actively opposing the government’s ongoing badger cull. Her non-speciesist children’s picture book Some Animals, with illustrator Melanie Selstrom, will be published this Autumn.
